Course Description:
This course is designed to equip trainees with the skills and knowledge required for medium- and high-voltage electric motor rewinding, covering both rotor and stator components. Participants will learn the full end-to-end process, including inspection and fact-finding, documentation and analysis, dismantling, coil manufacturing, assembly, and testing in alignment with international standards. All course materials are based on industry experience, real-world case studies, and rich multimedia content to ensure a practical and engaging learning experience.

What participants can expect and learn
This is a 12-hour online course designed for beginner to intermediate-level learners. During the first hour, participants will undergo a skills assessment to determine the appropriate level of instruction for the group.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to contribute as junior members of an electric motor rewinding team or effectively supervise rewinding activities on-site as client representatives during contractor operations.
Trainer Professional Short Bio
The trainer, Mostafa Farokhi brings over 17 years of full-time industry experience as the founder of AMATECH, specializing in electric motor and generator technologies. Throughout this career, they have contributed to the manufacturing of more than 450 generators and electric motors in roles including quality control expert and design engineer.
In addition, they have led maintenance, rewinding, installation, and rehabilitation projects for over 150 international assignments. Their expertise spans quality control, customer service engineering, site engineering, service quality management, diagnostics, and specialized testing for electric machines.
The trainer has worked as a technical expert and contractor with globally renowned power generation companies known for their excellence in manufacturing and maintaining turbo and hydro generators, including Siemens, Ansaldo, JEUMONT, GE, IRIS, and VEM.
