  • Certificates of Completion are issued upon meeting course requirements and successfully passing associated quizzes.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to your use of our platform will not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchases at ElectroMentors website are final, and we kindly ask that you review your selections carefully before completing your order. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Refunds are generally not provided once you have gained access to the course content. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may occur. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you believe your situation qualifies for consideration, please contact us with the relevant details, and we will review your request promptly.
  • When a refund is issued, it will be processed using the exchange rate applicable on the day of the refund. Please note that if the exchange rate has changed since the original transaction, the refunded amount may differ from the original payment. This difference could result in either a slight gain or loss for the customer. Please note that ElectroMentors Inc. is unable to compensate for any discrepancies caused by currency fluctuations or related fees imposed by payment providers as these factors are beyond our control.
  • For subscription-based services, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of that period, after which no further charges will apply.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or partial attendance.
  1. Course Rescheduling
  • ElectroMentors reserves the right to reschedule or postpone any live course, workshop, or training session for reasons including, but not limited to, instructor availability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to notify affected participants in advance and offer alternative scheduling or equivalent training opportunities. Your continued use of our platform and enrollment in courses constitutes acceptance of this policy.
