He holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and brings extensive hands-on expertise in the planning, design, and delivery of data center projects across the Middle East, including Dubai, Qatar, and the UAE.
His professional experience spans Tier II and Tier III data centers, with facilities reaching capacities of up to 16 MW. Hussam is certified and formally trained under the three leading global data center standards and guidelines: Uptime Institute, TIA-942, and BICSI. His approach emphasizes practical, real-world design methodologies, ensuring that engineering decisions are aligned with operational requirements, reliability targets, and industry best practices rather than theory alone.
