• Upon successful completion, you will earn the ElectroMentors Certificate of Completion.

• No IEEE Certificate will be issued for on-demand courses.

• ElectroMentors is an Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC)-accredited provider authorized to award EIC-accredited CEUs/PDHs.

  • If you wish to receive a certificate displaying the official Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC) logo and certificate number, you may select this optional add-on (i.e., admin fee) during checkout via [this link].

  • Upon successful completion of the course and passing the required evaluation (exam), ElectroMentors will issue your certificate bearing the official EIC CEU/PDH logo and certificate number.

• This course may be eligible for Professional Development Hours (PDHs) with engineering regulatory bodies such as EGBC, APEGA, PEO, Engineers Nova Scotia, and other similar organizations across Canada. Participants are responsible for ensuring the course content is relevant to their area of professional practice and for retaining proof of completion for audit purposes.

ElectroMentors On-Demand Learning Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 1, 2024

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the on-demand courses and materials offered by ElectroMentors Inc. on our website. By enrolling in or accessing any on-demand course, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Access and Eligibility

• On-demand content is available to registered users aged 18 or older.
• Access is granted on a personal, non-transferable basis. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

2. Course Access & Expiry

• Enrolled users receive access to course materials for the duration specified in the course description or as part of their active subscription plan.
• ElectroMentors may update or remove outdated courses to ensure content quality. Access to such materials may expire without prior notice.

3. Certificates of Completion

• A Certificate of Completion is issued upon successful completion of the course and associated quiz (when applicable).
• To receive your certificate, users must complete the course and the final quiz.

4. Use of Content

• All videos, quizzes, documents, and downloadable materials are the intellectual property of ElectroMentors or its instructors.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any course materials without prior written permission. These actions are strictly prohibited.

5. Payment and Refunds

• Course fees (if not included in a subscription plan) are processed securely via WordPress Plugin, Stripe, or PayPal.
• Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for on-demand courses are not issued once access has been granted.

6. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your on-demand subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be automatically terminated.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time during the billing period.

7. No Guarantees

• While ElectroMentors is committed to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant content through its on-demand learning platform, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
• Completion of a course does not guarantee job placement, academic credit, or success in licensing or qualification exams. Moreover, we do not warrant that the information presented in any course is entirely accurate, complete, or applicable to your needs.
• Users are responsible for determining whether a course is suitable for their individual educational, professional, or career goals. Use of the platform and its content is at your own risk.

8. User Conduct

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Share or redistribute course content without permission
• Use the platform in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or platform backend

9. Termination of Access

ElectroMentors reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found violating these terms, without refund.
